Extremely difficult to talk to a live person on the phone. Nearly impossible to get needed prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. Can easily take more than a week. Don't go there if you can avoid it. There should always be a live person to answer your questions or concerns. Not recommended.

I have been a patient for almost four decades and have always felt cared for. Dr. Kollianos is so attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The staff is so responsive and helpful, but also so warm and friendly. Such an amazing team. Would never go anywhere else!

I recently moved over to Triangle Community Physicians from Bull City Family Medicine when my previous provider left Bull City. I chose TCP because my wife and daughter were receiving extraordinary care from Lucy Sepic, PA. Ms. Sepic is amazing. She works hard to find answers to wellness questions other physicians might shrug off. Her bedside manner is A-1. I never get that rushed feeling. The intake admin staff and the nurses and the lab and the phlebotomy crew are also very kind and warm. Scheduling appointments is easy. I am so, so happy with my care at this clinic! This is not a practice where I dread going in for care. I couldn't be happier, and I am glad all three of us receive care here.

I've been a patient at TCP since 2018 after moving to the area. Robin at the desk is always kind, as are the other staff. The medical assistants and nurses are professional, friendly, and compassionate. Dr.Klein is the best doctor I've ever had. He truly listens to you, doesn't condescend, and is personable. As a woman, I've had plenty of clinicians downplay my symptoms and he's never done it once. Terrific at diagnosing and explaining. He also is knowledgeable about the resources available outside the office, and their quality. I've been so pleased that I even got my husband to switch to this office and his care. What a wonderful facility to have in our community.

I've been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. It's a wonderful place, the people are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Klein is my doctor and he is the best doctor I've ever had. He is always on top of things and very thorough. You won't find a better doctor anywhere. The wait time is minimal, always.
